The Reason Foundation, of which David Koch was a longtime trustee, promotes the tenets of “Free Market Environmentalism (FME)“ to argue that those who suffer from the effects of global warming have little legal or moral claim for compensation from greenhouse gas emitters.

The Reason Foundation is a member of the State Policy Network.
