The Atlas Network formerly the Atlas Economic Research Foundation, has cosponsored Heartland Institute events dedicated to the proposition that climate change is not a crisis and has supported organizations such as the John Locke Foundation that have attacked efforts by state elected officials working on climate solutions with the Center for Climate Strategies.
