Explore the ocean from home: videos to transport you

March 30, 2020

The ocean is a salve in times of anxiety and overwhelm. Perhaps it’s the ocean’s vastness, the feeling of sand between our toes, or the rhythmic sound of waves crashing that soothes us. Whatever it is, it can work wonders.

There’s no doubt that these are strange and challenging times. We hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.

Most people don’t have access to the ocean, so we thought we’d compile the next best thing: a list of beautiful, transformative ocean videos that you can watch from your couch.

While it’s important to stay informed, it’s also vital to give your brain a break. Take a moment to immerse yourself in the soothing visuals and sounds of the ocean, with plenty of beautiful wildlife thrown in for good measure.
