This role provides essential Data-Technology team support and coordination for the Greenpeace Southeast Asia (GPSEA) Regional Database Team.

This is a full-time permanent position based in either Bangkok, Malaysia, or Manila.

Key Duties

  • Preparing, monitoring, processing, and supporting outsourced invoice processing for Malaysia and other assigned countries.
  • The role includes documentation of all database procedures and guidelines, assisting with monthly debit, participating in the planning process, and completing ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
  • The job requires providing accurate reports and finance processing requests, coordinating with Finance on income and donor reports, providing information to key stakeholders, and ensuring accurate income figures are received for fulfilling written receipt requirements mandated by government/law.
  • Other tasks include data entry, gathering user feedback, organizing and coordinating project meetings, travel coordination, and attending all project-related meetings

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College/University Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an Management Information Systems (MIS) or administrative support function with a background in technology in a Sales and Marketing environment (Work experience in Greenpeace or other Non-Profit Organisations is a plus)
  • Functional and Technical Skills: Strong communication Skills – both verbal and written English, ability to work within deadlines and establish priorities, advanced expertise in Excel functions is a must, and experience in using Salesforce CRM or any global CRM tools is highly beneficial
