This report is drafted at the request of Greenpeace Netherlands for the purpose of the legal proceedings in the case Greenpeace Netherlands and 8 citizens of Bonaire v. The Netherlands. On 20 September 2024, the authors of this report presented a study on estimates of fair share carbon budgets for Italy.
On 9 December 2024, Greenpeace Netherlands requested a report for the Netherlands in line with the report that had previously been drafted for Italy.
