Greenpeace Creative Partners
At Greenpeace, we firmly believe in the transformative power of culture—a force that shapes mindsets, moulds policies, and orchestrates profound societal change. We collaborate with creative partners worldwide, harnessing the power of art and imagination to drive change.

Greenpeace is a network of independent organisations, which uses peaceful, creative confrontation to expose global environmental problems, and develop solutions for a green and peaceful future.
Our Greenpeace Creative Partners generously volunteer their time, raising awareness and rallying support for our cause – preserving Earth’s ability to sustain life in all its diversity.

Djuena Tikuna – Indigenous Amazonian singer / journalist / activist / cultural producer

“Walking alongside Greenpeace we feel stronger in the struggle, because our voice echoes more intensely and farther and farther to reforest the hearts of the world. We are all from the same community.”
Javier Bardem – Actor and Activist

“I’m told that more people have been to the moon than have been to the bottom of the Antarctic ocean. Maybe that’s apocryphal, but it certainly feels like it. We know precious little about this alien environment, which is why it is so crucial to protect it before it is too late.”
Javier has served as a Greenpeace oceans ambassador since 2018, tirelessly advocating for the protection of these vital ecosystems and helping to secure a Global Oceans Treaty in 2023, protecting at least 30% of the world’s oceans.
Samela Sateré Mawé – Indigenous activist

Samela, an indigenous Sateré Mawé person and environmental activist, uses social media to defend the Amazon biome and its inhabitants. She has been involved with Greenpeace for indigenous rights and sees the internet and social media as crucial tools for deconstruction.
