Greenpeace wrote to President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, Executive Vice-President for the European Green Deal Frans Timmermans, and European Commissioner for the Environment, Oceans and Fisheries Virginijus Sinkevičius, urging them to attend the UN biodiversity conference COP15 meeting in Montreal this December.
