Greenpeace Canada’s photo contest is back! From aspiring photographers to seasoned pros and past winners, this beloved annual tradition is a uniquely powerful way to showcase your photography skills to the world. This is also one of our favourite opportunities to showcase why our work at Greenpeace remains so relevant—to protect our planet and its beautiful creatures.
Last year in our winner’s email, we asked you what you’d like to see as a theme for the next contest. The answers were so creative and quite varied! From ‘Green Architecture’ to ‘Nature’s funny faces’, you folks really covered all the bases. But one theme stood out above them all making the fan-favourite clear as day..
This year’s theme is “Into The Woods”! We’re inviting you to submit your best photos of the world’s mighty forests and the creatures within them. Our panel of judges will select five winning photos to be featured in the 2022 Fall/Winter Magazine. Sent out to thousands of our supporters every year bi-annually, the Greenpeace Magazine is one of the ways we share major highlights and wins with you.
Winners will receive a copy of the Magazine for their personal use, a certificate of recognition and an exclusive Greenpeace enamel pin.
